All retirees are entitled for post retirement passes and may apply through HRMS using their PPO no.
I HAVE NO OLD PASS. OLD ALL PASSES GOT ON LINE HRMS PASS. NO MANNUAL PASS. HOW CAN I UPLOAD MANNUAL PASS.
You need not to upload manual pass. You just have to upload pass declaration after then you can apply for the passes of current year.

Sir mere papa retire ho chuke hai Aur mera Age 24 year hai kya mera pass bhi mil sakta hai mere papa ka kahna hai ki 18 years ke baad pass nhi milta hai kya ye sahi hai
Actually dependent son/daughter ka pass ka rule ye hai ki 21 yrs tak pass milega but agar aapka age 21yrs se jyada hai but abhi aap student life me hai yani ki abhi aapki स्टडी continue hai to college/institution ki bonafied certificate ko dikha ke pass le skte hai

The filled data can be corrected by dealing clerk of the place where you works/worked.

Mai smjh ni pa rha hu apko problem kaha aa rhi hai... retired employees ka PPO no. Dalke pass ke lie application kr skte hai... Aur PPO No./Employees no. ka use krke HRMS ID pta kr skte hai

To register your mother as dependent on you, her income from any source must be less than your basic pay or less than Rs 3500.
And if your father was a railway employee and he was appointed in railway after 12.03.1987 then your mother is automatically entitled for widow pass.

Sir, Manual declaration is a printed format in which your family details are filled. The same is then uploaded on HRMS portal after being signed by any incharge of place where you worked and two witnesses.

Sir, Pass Clerk involvement is must in this case. You must contact HRMS portal dealing clerk or Pass Issuing Authority/clerk

Mobile no. Is must for logging in to HRMS.... First of all you you have to add correct mobile no.

You must contact pass ckerk Or dealing clerk in personnel office of the department.They will help you in changing the details or they may change it by themselves on your request
As per rule the issued pass deposited to office otherwise new pass not issued youare very much aware why this format filled this is not.correct, yourconceptionis not clear as depending pass clerk and pia for.issuing the pass its noteasy.
The jpg not accepted only.pdf file accept by the hrms, its only done in pc not.in android mobile
You can apply for online pass. Deposition of old pass is not required.

I have not taken any pass after retirement. But my application have been rejected. With remarks please contact to dealing pass clerk.it is als mention that the mb no shown in help line is not responding

Visit pass section,get user id,make pass word for HRMS.then start e pass from home.after getting e pass, visit irctc,book your tickets by making user id,& pass word for irctc.
