Enjoy it. I remember doing only that form for hours a day for five years. I got so good with it that I could use it for fighting and I also taught people that form and they won medals with it. It's a great form.
Thanks for sharing. brings back memories. I trained at his Grand St. school in NYC during the late 80s. This looks like that school.

Actually it might be someone different
It is Frank Yee, I've had the honor of Testing under him.
I had met him once last year during testing for my Gung Ji certificate in New Jersey. He is a very nice guy.
