I imagine with Melmetal skarmiry would make a good steel deck as skarmory is chipping away whilst you build up a huge tank in melmetal. The Pokémon tools would make him even tankier too

I think Darkay Weavil is Tier0, the combo with Dawn is busted and Cyrus is crazy busted too.
I agree! That's what I've been playing recently and have only lost 1 battle and it was to a Celebi deck and it was a very close game!
