The way THC affects everyone is different and I find it personally counteracted a lot of the relaxation benefits I found from CBD as the THC is psychoactive. One thing I wanted to point out is that if you decide to try CBD please make sure you are ordering a product that has CBD. The products on Frogsong Farms have CBD of course but many of the hemp products on other sites are made from hemp without using the seeds so there are is no CBD in the product. If the price seems to low compared to frogsong then it is likely the product you are looking at doesn't contain CBD.
