I am an Architect myself, and long narrow blocks are the norm here in Mexico. This is an excellent design, that follows into my visions of bringing the outdoors indoor and taking the indoor, outside. When I look at what category to place this design in, I see a little bit of each.... modern, minimalist, and mostly contemporary. They all blend so smoothly.

Hi. I'm amazed by your house designs very modern and simple. May I request a 50sqm 2 storey with roof top. We have a very hot weather in summer sometimes here in Philippines so its good to have windows but not so many 😅

It's beautiful but I wouldn't call it a small home. Actually is 180 m2 total or 1,937 sq ft living space which is a normal to large size home depending on the country. The land however is your typical inner city narrow lot in gated communities where this home would fit perfectly.
