Hello, thanks for sharing this. I got two questions. 1) Is there any way that we can get all the onedrive share links at once, instead of getting the link from each file? 2) Also, is there any workaround for sharing option without "Anyone"? My organisation got that disabled. Thankss!
1. in power automate you can create a flow that copies the onedrive image sharelink and adds a row to an excel file 2. no, i dont think so - as an altnerative you could consider an azure blob container -> In Azure you can create a blob storage, where you set the access level of the blob to anonymous read access so that the links to the images inside of a blob can be publicly accessed. This method has the advantage that the URLs to different images follow the same path with only the image name changing. That makes it waaay easier in situations where you have to deal with many images. The downside is that you would need to have access to a cloud platform like Azure or your website server, which is not always practical.
I was all excited to see this show up in my youtube alerts, alas my company disables the anyone link. we're only allowed to share within the tenant. Hi Bas, I'm a huge fan of your work. Your teachings have made me improve so much at Power BI, I can't thank you enough. I have come across a little challenge; I need to highlight with a different color the bar column according to what is selected in the date slicer. The problem is that when you use the slicer, the bar chart will only show that selected bar, whereas I still want to show all bars, and at the same time, I want the slicer to have a normal interaction with the other visuals in the page. I've seen a solution where you have to create another date table that's not connected to any other table in the relational model but that is no solution at all since I want the slicer to still have interaction with other visuals. Do you know a way to achieve my goal?
