This was a good & interesting story. As a step mother myself I can say with confidence that I absolutely love my step children and they love me! I never treated nor had the mind to treat them any different than my own children. I will never understand how ANYONE could ever be mean and mistreat any child! But like my father said WEAK PEOPLE ARE CRUEL! I notice a trend in these African folklore stories, in Africa there seems to be a lot of stories about wicked step mothers, but here in America we have wicked step fathers. Single parents really need to take more caution about who they bring into their homes and around their children! This man knew his wife was mistreating his daughter and let her get away with it! I’m glad it worked out in the end.

You can't block your blessings because of other people actions! God told us that we must forgive 77x7 no matter what ppl has done! Nigozi chose to do the right and do right by god and she allowed god to handle the situation he sees fit! She was not being foolish at all, she actually played smart and was very smart about it!! And she went in the direction of god and did what god had instructed her to do!
