    I can't thank you enough Gerry for going out and braving the elements to capture so many hours of Irish Rail in it's hay day.
    Your videos are seriously good!! Thank you so much for sharing them.

    Excellent footage, as always Gerry. Great to see the cement bubbles in their heyday! Looking forward to the next one!

    That's a 6101 on the rosslare line at 1.06 i didn't think they ran that route that time unless it's a special as the mk2s were withdrawn in July 2004

      Thanks for your comment. The Push Pulls ran on the Rosslare line on Sundays only.

      Paul Johnston Thanks Paul I put in the names that I think are correct but not them all as some tomes it's hard to identify places that have changed so much as time goes by.

    1:40 - the last coach is painted in an unusual livery. Anyone know what that was about?

    • @gerryconmy
      @gerryconmy  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's the livery used on the Cu na Mara the Galway service. The coach just on a different service.

      @@gerryconmy Ah ok, I thought it has the same livery as the rest of the mk 3 coaches, I often saw it at Heuston, would have been around 2001/2002

    I notice the railway is unfenced which is not a UK practice. Interesting.

      That might be because this is Ireland not the UK
