You know every year my mom would cut back her roses and I always thought what is she doing!? It looked terrible, but every year she had the most beautiful roses. Sometimes you need to prune. Sticking to your analogy, we always need to self evaluate and change things as needed. Take responsibility as much as you take credit and you're going to grow into the best version of yourself! And you're very right, you are not done! Sheesh, you're young and healthy, good looking!, and very smart. It's a great foundation to grow on my friend. 👍
