I have the same idea of solo hunt in Gillie and you just pushed me to realize it. Now I am sure this is gonna work. What I would add is EVA carpet to lie on.
Great video. This illustrates the inequities in waterfowl limits. Where ever y'all were hunting, you obviously get to kill 4 specks, in Texas we get 2. I notice that some places you get to kill as many as 10+ canadas, we only get 5 dark geese total. And, where I hunt in Texas, we only get 2 sandhills, while most of the country gets 3. These limits are federally set, and they are the same birds, in the same flyways. So much of the federal frameworks need to be reformed, including and especially, you should be allowed to pool limits.
I hunt solo alot and I mix up my spreads great hunt guys I never killed a speck I want to so bad, I shoot alot of canadas , Just started a snow goose spread I only have 5 doz ghg full bodies and 100 FA socks Im really liking your snow goose silows I think they look great would it help if I added say 5 to 10 doz of them to my spread I hunt PA. we get a few specks in the area I hunt but I havent got any yet. man your camera man was pumped that was a fun hunt he will never forget good vids guys.
Do you guys like maxus 2 or sbe 3? Solo hunts are the best! Can still have a blast, and there is less birds to clean. I probably do more solo hunts than anything else
LMAO awesome hunt, what is with cows and hearing a shotgun and running right up to it lol. Had a group run 400 yards across a pasture to stand at the edge of the fence on the field we were hunting wouldnt leave....

That’s how most my hunts are 5dz and 1 or 2 shooters. I shot my first Oklahoma speck limit in a ghillie!

Apex ammo, I do not recommend. Had 3 misfires in a single box. The pin struck perfectly in the middle too
