Necessary materials
For Meatballs
850 grams of ground beef
3 potatoes
1 onion
5 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of salt 8 grams
1 teaspoon of black pepper, chili, cumin and thyme
For the Base of the Tray
3 potatoes
5 carrots
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of flour
1 pinch of parsley
Half tea glass of oil
1 teaspoon of black pepper, mint, chili pepper and salt
For the sauce
2 tablespoons of tomato paste 20 grams
1 cup of boiling water
For the Top - 100 grams of grated cheddar cheese

Just wanted to let you know we made this for dinner tonight and it was delicious. In the future we will probably increase the potato to carrot ratio for our taste but thank you for this great recipe.

Looks great, good to fry the tomato paste first as this really enhances the flavour.

An easier way would be to add ALL seasoning to g.beef, mix well, and then add in potatoes and mix! 😎🖒🖒 Sounds GOOD! 💗
