This formation is inspired from the Condor Heroes novel by Jin Yong. The disciples of the Quanzhen sect use the Seven Star Dipper formation to enhance the martial abilities for attack and defense. It was invented by the Sects founder Wang Chongyang, who was considered the most powerful martial artist of his era. I never thought I’d see it in a video game. I wonder what other martial arts lore this video game drew inspiration from. Really excited about this game.

These are some really funny ass controls. L+L1 to run instead of L3? L3 to crouch instead of O? It's so much more comprehensive to just use multi-functional commands by single tap, double tap or holding. (That's 3 functions on a single button right there.😉)

I watched the first 3 minutes of the fight and immediately thought - how good it would be if they added heavy music, heavy peppy metal riffs like in the Spartak series... and lo and behold - it happened!!
@@ChristopherEmmanuel-cl6gy it actually does look like sekiro. By parrying you deplete the guard bar and stun enemies. On top of that you have somewhat ninja gaiden gameplay and metal gear rising flashines. This kinda screams 2010 game style.
Doesn't really give you a firm grasp of how the combat system works besides the fact theres a bunch of timed reactions. I'd assume the game will be similar to something like Ninja Gaiden or Devil May Cry but..
Damn, I’m sorry to say ninja gaiden 4 won’t be able to f*k with this. Combat to fluid and smoothly transitions from offense to defense, choreography too polished, a$$ kickings high tailored. I’d have to pick this game over it
A lot of pointless moves that look cool. For me the main issue is that the weapon of the main protagonist do so little damage that it looks like he uses a wooden stick and not a sword. That same issue was in Wukong, not sure why they make the fighting mechanic that way - not mentioning that the block mechanic may make that game unplayable for some people just like it is with some games that use too much the qwerty system.
The only thing that is missing is limbs being chopped off. if we’re playing a sword game with any type of flesh and blood shed there needs to be limbs coming off with the stunning swords and moves !
