I purchased three bags in store (one at Bergdorf) and the other two at the Upper East side boutique. Bergdorf was an open environment …meaning you weren’t assigned to one sales person. I stopped into the London boutique this past March and it was quite crowded. The one sales person to one family wasn’t apparent!
