It's always a delight to thrift with you! I was born in Racine. 👋 I love the passion and excitement in your voice when you discover an amazing piece. You have a beautiful voice. Love the Kathy Hatch recipe card holder. At 48:55 the Arthur Court olive canoe sells on their website for $28. Gorgeous!
I just found your channel and my ears perked up when you said WI. I am in Madison. I’ve been in the Waukesha St V’s and it’s massive. Glad you filled your cart. Looking forward to more videos.
Rachel did you get that gorgeous pine needle basket at 11:00?! Ugh it’s so pretty! I’ve always done well with pine needle baskets. 19:31 I have a little hippo toothpick holder the same style, it is Japanese ceramic. I love that bell! 33:13 lol “what is going on?!” He looks like an Easter island statue for an aquarium, that’s my guess haha. Those Santa’s I believe were also Rowe pottery :)
Just found you today and I loved shopping along with you. The painted lady on the large box is beautiful and the small 99 cent painted round one too. You get to shop at a great place. Love the vintage isle too. Looking forward to the next thrift.
They just remodeled in the last several months, and I was STUNNED to see how much they had increased. I’m just happy it benefits people in need and they have such great sale items!
The whimsical lady is a Sylvestri Fanciful Flights art. Super sweet and vintage 80s-00s. Your St Vincent’s is SOOO much better than ours! Ours is small, dirty and incredibly overpriced. We still find things every now and then on half-price day. Great video as always, Rachel! Love your videos. (From an earlier home-schooling mom - my kid is now your age. 😳😂)
Thank you for that! Are you in Wisconsin too? I have never been to many St. Vincent De Paul stores because the one that I went to was way overpriced, but I have been discovering more that I am pleasantly suprised by!
I literally do almost all of my household shopping at the thrift store! We are big on saving things from the landfills! When my kids have birthdays, we request guests bring second hand gifts

@@LilyworksakaRachel your welcome
Yes, rosemaling is the style of hand painting on that angel at 22:00. I have some of that in my house.
It's beautiful

So sweet! I will try to put him on our District soon! District.net/lwantiques
Just found you weeks ago. Love shopping with you. You find the best. I live SW Milwaukee County. So enjoy where you find treasures
Awesome! Thanks for watching
WOW!!! What great scores! That place was huge too!
Thank you so much!
I wanted to let you know that you are NOT the only one who does not do Halloween. I always dread this time of year.
That cast iron piece you were looking at is for holding an oil lamp. The peg on the end would slide into a wall mount
Thabj you got letting me know!
That stinkin' adorable duck basket is ❤
Haha! Yes!
I want that carved horse and you missed the pottery goblet above it. Been looking for those!
That rolling pin turned out gorgeous.
Thank you so much!
Wonderful finds!! Btw the Homeschooling picker, a few episodes back found some other those thin folks, they are valuable!! Just letting you know!👍
Thank you so much!
I love how I’m so distracted that I can’t explain the concept of a baking soda holder to keep your fridge smelling fresh 🤦♀️😂🤷🏼♀️
Haha!
Yes look up the milk glass fruit dish. They make apples and other ones. So cute. People like them. 😊
The holes in that pottery planter @ 11:53 are for hanging it.
Thank you megan!
My goodness I haven’t been there in a year. Their prices have really skyrocketed. Yikes. Great finds though!
They just remodeled in the last several months, and I was STUNNED to see how much they had increased. I’m just happy it benefits people in need and they have such great sale items!
It actually wasn't too bad compared to the one in Racine. Racine store has no discounts
Yes on the recipe box, so "stinking cute"...❤😊
Haha!
That olive holder was Arthur Court. A high priced brand. And in the box. A great online item. ❤
That pottery piece would be great for artist brushes and the center for water to dip the brush in to.
I think that is a great idea!

St Vincent de Paul thrift stores are great! I wish there were one in my area.
Yes!
When you are checking the prices on eBay make sure you check the sold prices. There can be a big difference between what’s listed and what’s sold.
I do know this
So many great items, our stores combined don’t even have that much to look at.
It was huge!
Wonderful Finds
Thank you!
The teal colored bowl with floral decoration was made by RS Prussia, well over 100 years old.
Thank you!
Ship bookends are wonderful!!
Yes! Thank you!
🕊️💃🦋💍my favorite thing !!! Luv it too!
You could hang necklaces and bracelets from that thread holder.
That is a good idea!
That man with books and etc on the same shelf cherub fountain and English looking bus, I believe is a 1940 writer?
Interesting
The Powell glasses are beer glass
Thank you sandy
That olive tray was a miss at $3.00. They are around $30.00.
Good to know!
Do you resell everything you buy at the thrift store for high profit?
Do you ever buy anything just for yourself to keep?
Just curious.
I literally do almost all of my household shopping at the thrift store! We are big on saving things from the landfills! When my kids have birthdays, we request guests bring second hand gifts
Sooo much to choose from
Yes!
That always drives me crazy when they won't sell you something without a price - even when there's a manager there.
I know!
Those were Oui yoghurt cups. I've sold them in the past. People do actually like them! 🤷🏻♂️
That is good to know!
Yay!!🎉🎉
🥰🥰
you cant just look at listed items, you have to look at sold items to know if you can make any money from buying and reselling.
I do know this
That may or may not be a kerosene lamp holder
I think you are right
You passed up several glasses that are valuable
Could you time stamp them for me?
defacing by taking out tusks is disgusting
💙
You need to look under soldiers.People can ask for anything but I understand where you're coming from
Which one are you specifically looking at. I usually provide sold comps
