There’s nothing more calming than riding I think. You just focus on that relationship with the horse and they relax you so much. I’m glad you have that to relieve your stress.

I have loved observing the shift in energy from the previous vlog to this one - from doubts, fears and anxieties to a better place, emotionally-which is not to say that this progression is linear but that's also what's so real and wonderful about your vlogs - absolutely love watching them because all of this is not only relatable but also adds to perspective so thanks
I struggled with the writing coming on the screen it bits and bobs. I had to sit and wait for it all to come on before I could start reading instead of it coming on in one chunk.

As my family are from Jamaica with roots of slavery from Irish/Scottish still not sure! But it ripples through to us today! And interesting you said about children and running through the lines and it sure does and the culture was handed down through our parents! I defo relate!
