I'm a Store Manager, what happens when you get promoted? Does it randomly get announced in discord or do SHRs dm you?
Hello, when you get promoted, it will happen usually in game, it's just like any other promotion like when they tell you "Congrats on your promotion! cooldown is blah blah blah days." Just the only difference is that you get promoted to a HR and the cooldowns are a lot longer.

Do you have to be in the discord group to get Store manager+
You must be BOD+ to supervise around the store. Once you get to SD either get points or work hard and be active to rank up. And I would recommend to join the discord at SM but it’s really needed once your a SD+.

Hi, I was permanently banned from BloxStreet. I was a board of directors like you, and I got banned for redeeming a rank after being demoted. I did not know I couldn’t do that, all I would like is to be unbanned please. If I get unbanned I promise I will never do anything like that again. I got banned about a year ago.
