1. Stop whispering to the mike. It's creepy. Not working
2. Have a bottle of water at the podium. That dry cough makes him old
3. If he knows there's a list of reporters to call have a pen and cross each as he calls them so he knows who's next
4. Stop repeating words for emphasis. It works for some but not Biden
5. Stop looking down when he thinks. Look up and slightly to the left or right
6. Stop rushing the answersband stumble all over himself
7. Focus. Too many "for example" and switching midstream with "anyways" gives the impression his thoughts are muddled. A short concise answer is always better. If reporters want more they will ask

I watched the press conference from the UK, and also watched the Presidential debate with Trump. I was astonished at his inability to speak coherently during much of the debate. At times he couldn't speak at all and kept dropping his head, almost like he was frozen and couldn't speak. If you look at his physical condition as well, his gait is very stiff; he doesn't move his arms when he walks, almost robotically. During the Trump debate he really went off the rails with the narrative that was being discussed. Looking at this from the outside, I think there's cognitive issues with President Biden, as well as physical frailness. Both his mental and physical health must be very concerning, not just to the people of the USA, but also the rest of the world who look to American Presidents as leaders of the western world. If he was a member of my family I would be urging him to take an honest re-appraisal of his decision to continue in the upcoming election. For one thing, I don't he'll defeat Trump.

Trump couldn't even answer the debate questions, much less a press conference like this. I do mean actually answer the questions asked and not just blunder through lies and jingoisms that have no relation to the actual questions asked. He seems incapable of that. I don't know if it's because Trump doesn't actually understand the questions or because he has no real answers.
