Kindly check whethet traffic police is doing it's duty in Cuttack or not ,as except for Sati choura Square at all other places three or four traffic police used to stand in a corner busy on their mobile

Lots of work is pending in Bhubaneswar. You can see a tractor passing by which is not allowed..wrong side driving or riding should be heavily penalized..checkpoints and proper training is required for traffic personnel also. Drivers spit pans on roads..pathetic
