The forest is this 3rd dimension we must exist in and learn. As we learn to become more loving we are able to spend more of our time in 4th. It is a lonely journey, yet the benevolent beings on the other side are always there as helpers. Being more loving, being of service to all humankind--that is how we transcend. That and losing the ego. I'm still learning too...😂

I've been dealing with DPDR anxiety and depression for years now and have only recently been getting better through meditation and I always listen to this channel. Because of it I've been able to face my past trauma and work through it. It's amazing how powerful meditation actually is. I'm actually feeling like myself again but better.

This is my favorite song. I play it when I need to center myself using the right side of my brain. We are stuck in left brain thinking which keeps us attached to this world and what it offers. When you tap in to your right brain through Alpha waves and also spiritual drumming, you will see the real you through the spirits eyes. All it has to offer you is love and help.

This is my first time meditating to shaman Drums, as I am as meditating, I was setting with legs crossed, the meditation position, my body started rocking side to side with drums. I would stop my body, but I would just start up again. When drums got faster, my body moved faster. It really felt good. I found something I can listen to and meditate. Has anyone had that experience?

Whoa, I ended up experiencing an entire journey in less than 5 minutes, but dang, that was crazy! I felt enveloped in a series of red, orange, and yellow colors and then in a lush emerald green chasm that soon became visible and I was running through a cyan colored ruins area with vines and vegetation scaling pillars. From there, I was presented with a blue carpet that lifted me high into the air and was floating through an area that kept alternating between blue and white cubes flying erratically. What a journey! Definitely gotta do that again, because i never felt so relaxed doing something so hectic.

Rhythmic state amazing powerful makes me feel spiritual
I discovered this abt 20 months ago. Used the guided version first so I knew how to visualise it. This one and the 1 hr is my preference. My shaman would call me with drum beats eg. lying in bed I’d hear the mattress springs drum or absentmindedly finding myself drumming my fingers on a table, a tap on the foot etc. I have had some amazing experiences from questions answered to flying like a bird over landscapes, being taught many things like how to heal and so on. Of all the visions and 5D experiences this is when I have had the best experiences. Thank you 🙏
