Mixi-max is pretty much like you said, they borrow someone or something energy to boost their hissatsu and stamina. And the huge source of Mixi-max is a person/creature in the past. Also God Hand V is a new version of god hand. It's pretty much the second strongest catching hissatsu in the entire series lmao (The first one is Great the Hand also used by Endou).
Not sure if this is a spoiler, but Kenshin Armed and Mixi-max is pretty much just a one shot for Chrono Stone only. In Inazuma Eleven Go Galaxy you will pretty much feel the same energy as the original season 3 since Kenshin/Armed/Mixi-Max were banned in the international tournament.

Finally, there's Grade. And this is G1-5. V is the most used, which is used for the majority of moves. + is used a middle amount of times. And then Grade is used the least, only on the strongest of moves.
Well, at the current point (Go), moves can actually go up to V4, then A,S or Z. Like Soyokaze Step S, which Tenma uses during Ragnarok, and then after A,S or Z, a move can even become ∞, which is the ultimate level of the standard V line, infinite power indeed

You're right but V évolution only go from V1 to V3. There IS only Mega super techniques that Can have five level of évolution (G1-G5)
