I actually got what he was saying, being the science nerd I am. X and Y chromosomes are the male and female gender DNA thingies, and every male starts as a female template(I think, I don't quite remember). After time in the womb, the soon-to-be child develops either X or Y chromosomes, and nips are a part of that. Men will still have them, even though they're basically useless. Females obviously have a use for them, and if men actually developed a milk duct in the breast(that would be slightly horrifying), then they would actually have a use. Of course, they would also need to be supplied with milk, meaning they have to give birth. And I'm not gonna go into that, unless you want me to.
