Oh yeah! I really have passion for composites and as a manufacturing enginees in aerospace I work every day with thermoplastic composites. I think that it is future for composites. But... please tell me how are your wheels made. So it is some polyamide and proscess.... ? Do you use prepregs (semipregs?)? I work mainly with aerospace PPS, PEI or PAEK consolidated laminates and thermoforming process. But how are hollow rims made? Thank you!
I'm looking at the "technology" page of Revel's website and see a couple photos of the layup process that shows a tech wearing, what appears to be, cotton gloves and also what appears to be ply bridging, major wrinkles, and such. Are those photos representative of the actual frame building process? Quite concerning , to say the least. Toray prepreg is fantastic, but I'm a bit concerned about Revel's layup process.
Love the work you all are doing! Thanks for sharing these videos. Loving my Rascal!
yo yo! waiting on a rascal with RW30s from WWC, stoked af. 🤙🤙 cheers!
Hi. Just got me thinking about my rail putting 26" on my rear. Is it bad? Pls, i need help.
Is this similar to the Revved material Guerrilla Gravity uses for their frames?
Will you be building frames from this material in the future?

They are not representative of our frame building process and neithier is this video. Our manufacturing partners are the best of the best.
@@revelbikes Thanks 👍
