History is repeating itself. After missing the decisive penalty in 1996, his decisions cost England the 2021 European Championship victory. In the penalty shoot-out, the coach nominated inexperienced shooters and players who had previously hardly played a role in the team. This was incomprehensible. He never got over his trauma and will mess it up again, he should have been fired years ago

switzerland are hardly world beaters. they beat a extremely poor italian side in the last 16.. couldnt even beat scotland. they seem to draw a lot of matches against the same level opponents as scotland and require a team to be very poor for them to win (which ironically means they have a chance vs england if they continue to play poor). if england just play to their default level it will be enough to beat switzerland
