My orchestral samples sounded too good.
I wanted a DIY sound.
Like someone in a home studio
Or like someone who used to play.
Or like someone that never played before.
And recorded it themselves.
So I made Amateur Orchestra.

I picked up this library a few days ago...and looking at the comments, I think everyone is reaching the same conclusion...this is a great library! Being that it was recorded dry, it gives the sound an up close intimacy that will work very well in many different musical compositions and allows the user to saturate with reverb to taste. This library sounds amazing with a wash of ambient effects, but of course this isn't needed. Simple straightforward UI. I think the video does a great job showing what this library is capable of. We need more of this...we need imperfection...we need to sound real

Omg, the sound and design are so impressive. These instrumental separate staccatos are absolutely amazing. Very signature unique sounds of each instrument. You really shocked me. This is definitely your best library.

What a great idea! This would be so great mixed in with other sample libraries as well to create more realism and authentic performances. So many libraries are made up of the perfect selection and "take" of an instrument, which is great, but can loose some of that live "humanness" in programming. I love the rawness of these demos. This library sounds really good and I'm excited to try it!!
