- This is a quick little clip mostly of Meghan Markle always being in front of Prince Harry to a pretty ridiculous degree. One thing I notice though is it is like done in such an explicit way. Like - I don't know an attempt to make it OBVIOUOS he is behind her rather then just a natural one person is shaking hands first.

I need to quit talking so much but everyone's comments are so interesting! Before he met her, he always seemed to have a smile on his face and was the life of the party. Now, he just looks depressed and anxious, especially around her. I don't blame Harry as much as I completely put the blame on her. It has dawned on me that all Meg's studies were a waste of her dad's money. International studies? Er, no. Studying French for four to eight years and all of the language disappeared? Again, no. I didn't study French but I can speak a few sentences, carry on a polite conversation and understand some. You pick these things up through osmosis in a lifetime.

There’s videos of her literally reaching up & grabbing him from behind, by the shoulder, as he’s about to walk through a doorway, to pull him back so she can go first. She also has a habit of tapping him on the back to stop him, so she can walk ahead. It’s literally like he did a stint a Caesar Milan’s dog training camp the way she has him trained. He’s probably getting a collar for his next birthday.
It really is night and day difference in his confidence from his pre-Meg days to now. His confidence and joy with Chelsea Davy is light years better. It’s actually sad to see how Meghan brought out the absolute worst in him in every way. It’s an interesting human study we have playing out for us in real time.

Royal protocol is that the blood royal, man or woman, always goes first with their spouse half a step behind. Meghan never accepted royal protocol and, by not accepting it, she is disrespecting her husband. A surprise to no-one ever. I seem to recall there was one occasion on their trip to meet the Moroccan Royal Family where one of the Moroccan King's aides checked her and made her wait until Harry greeted the King in accordance with protocol. Her face was murder. I wish I could find that scene again.

I remember that tour. The Moroccan press referred to her as repugnant, the way she kept interrupting and trying to lead a conversation with the king. The King orchestrates a conversation not the visitors. She was truly just an embarrassment and so crass. It wouldn’t have been so bad, but she knew what she was doing. She just can’t help herself but to take the attention in any room with anyone without any respect for another countries culture or manners.

I can't recall which country it was but she was put in her place on video and she had to fall back in the introduction.

It may have been when they deplaned(?) And had to walk down a red carpet, and they had to keep her at bay, and she looked very angry about it... Was that when she wore a red dress with a price tag attached at the bottom, or was that in Australia? LOL, that was not an uncommon thing for someone to necessarily overlook, but she had people who were helping her get ready. I think it was purposely overlooked by staff~ and I don't blame them one bit.... 😊

I assume this was a Royal visit. This means that HARRY was in effect representing The Queen Elizabeth; so as her representative, protocol on a Royal Tour means he goes first when meeting the hosts. Meghan was representing nobody, she was just there as a spouse and have been introduced by Harry AFTER he met the host(s). I feel sure she would have been told this but, once she was let loose, she chose to ignore it and use all the skills her father had taught her about placement in a group photo or video shots to make herself look the most important. A classic one ; Harry and wife greeting senior Royals as they entered a room for a meeting of Senior Royals only. I agree - no free-flowing polite chit chat there. The reason for that is that neither of them is actually interested in their hosts and it shows. I think the word I'm looking for is "charmless".
For all those people who diss the Royals and say they don't work, just imagine how it must be to meet all these different people, heads of state/normal working people or whatever, and maintain a polite, interested conversation. I believe they are briefed beforehand so have an idea of which subjects to bring up, but it's still not easy keeping a conversation flowing. It shows that, despite detractors claiming the Royals are all "thick", they actually have a gift of conversation.
Here you have an example of the reverse: Royals (ex) who actually are thick and have so little interest in anybody else that they probably ignored all the briefing and just really don't know what to say. They can hardly even hide their boredom, how on earth did anybody ever think these two were fit to represent the British Royal Family?

When they're in middle eastern countries where the rules for women are different she should be respectful and follow Harry. There was another incident I remember in a middle eastern country where all the people they met were men, she pushed in there first and you could see that the man she presented herself to was shocked and didn't like it at all. It is my belief that something happened between them. What I mean is, everytime Maghan touched Harry's back or should, he would stop and allow her to proceed in front of him. It's like he under some sort of hypothesis.
