I greatly appreciate the step by step demonstration of your reasoning. The storage solution is super practical

Very neat looking board! The color of the ground is realistic and the whole board looks just great. Thanks for sharing this.

Yes we should be able to build a variety of battlefields from this and I can easily move the set around.

This looks like a very good idea. Have you had any trouble with the sand and flue flaking off along the edges, where the little tabs interlock?

There are some small patches at the edges where the sand didn't stick properly but so far it has stuck pretty well. The only issue is the really large grains of sand that catch on things more easily no matter where they are on the tile. Every so often a small hole appears that I repair.

Would you happen to have a link to that bag (or exactly what it's called)? I'm having no luck just looking up tire/spare tire bags.

The eBay (UK) item number for the bag I bought is: 114861297798. That seller seems to be out of single bags right now (only packs of 3 left) but there are links on the page to other sellers. Hope that helps.

Did you experience any warping if the tiles?

That's not an issue that I've had and the bag containing them is kept in a cellar that can get a bit damp.

Hey there bro have you done any more work on some terrain

    • @stephenjdutton

Very little. I started some based on various containers again and made some notes about the different approaches to making buildings from scratch but then I got side tracked by all the other projects I keep thinking of.
