No one will be married in heaven! Whether you were married on earth or not married on earth. In heaven you will be like angels , no marriage anymore. This is talking of how in Gen 1:1 God created by word the Heavens and then called forth the creation of the Earth, but the Earth was filled with water and no land(dry ground/earth/eretz), but then God again called the dry earth to emerge from the water and separate. Hence the phrase "the earth was formed out of water and by water." This is just 1 of the many inconsistencies I have found in your supposed attempt to unravel the mysteries of Aliens and other worlds in the Bible.
