I never made junk journals until about 6 months ago but I always loved pretty tissue paper and paper in general.

Great tutorial. I’m always concerned about the strength of a page when I add embellishments. I save the tyvek envelopes when I get mail in them. TFS

I THINK if you lay the tissue paper on TOP of some regular paper it will cut smoothly.
