Okay. Glad to see you're actually using that van and either fixed your whole issue or just aren't worrying about it. Those things are tanks. Remember it's really a truck that's covered in the back. That's the way you can think of it. I mean I literally had my stack to the top of the roof with heavy boxes full of books and all kinds of stuff and drove across the country. While towing another vehicle in that van. I've been off road and that thing I've been everywhere. I mean unless you've got rust that is rusted through the whole damn frame I just don't see that there's much of a problem. And I don't know if you have the fuel injected version of the carburetor version but the nice thing about those is there's tons of room to work on the engine and the engines are simple and they're direct connections to the brakes and the gas pedal and the steering that you can easily see and work on very easily yourself. And parts are pretty inexpensive. Except for body parts which are hard to find but other than that the mechanical stuff is pretty damn cheap. by the way right now go by yourself belts for the engine. They're very cheap and you always want to have belts with you because if they break then you'll have a belt and you won't be stranded. Adults do break so just buy some belts right now they're probably going to be 10 15 bucks a piece. Just keep them in the van. Just like keeping an extra oil can and an extra can of coolant and brake fluid and power steering fluid. She always have those in the van. And if you're really good you'll get a little solar panel that you can hook to your battery to keep that battery charged even if you're a battery dies cuz you left the lights on you can just let it sit in the Sun for a while and we'll charge that battery back up after a couple of days. Or you can buy a little jump box that will jump the car in a packet that's the size of a lady small purse now those are about a hundred bucks so you never need to worry about needing to jump if you're out somewhere. And if you really want to get crazy go out there and buy yourself a hundred watt or a 200 watt solar panel and bolted on the roof in a way that's waterproof don't make leaks. and run the wire down inside the van and you'll have tons of power and charge your van and do all kinds of crazy stuff and you'll never really have worries about having to jump start your van.

Hi yougeo. Wow Thanks for the comments. I really appreciate the time you took writing them. Great tips in this one. Yes solar is definitely 100% in my future. I've watched lots of videos on them now. I just finished driving the van across a couple large provinces here in Canada. Over 1000km's. The old gal held up good. It really is a great van. And yeah I'm starting to do more work on myself and with my dad. Thanks a ton for watching and commenting. It sounds like you have a lot of experience with the 1990's B350's. Do you still have yours?
