Pro Tip. You can inspect quest items, sometimes they might have something useful on them. Also ammo is "shared" however the one who picks it up gets more where the other just gets a small amount. There is a purchasable ring that can change this.
Edit: Think of Round doors (in terms of how they look on the map) as "side quests/ dungeons" and Square doors (normally with an exclamation point above them) As Story objectives
Edit2: There is an option to have the notifications auto dismiss.

@@notsomanlygaming9395 NP I did realize today that my tip about the ammo isn't completely accurate. My co op partners main archetype was gunslinger which seemed to be why I would get a small amount of ammo when he would pick it up. So it seems unless you play with that class you need the ring for "shared" ammo
