I see you there bruh! Working alone can definitely be a struggle. Maybe painting the walls white might make the booth brighter. I hear you on the “gotta trust your own work”, I was super nervous the first time I climbed up on my mezzanine. As always great job and thanks for sharing.

Thanks bro! Yea someone told me about a special paint that I can use to help with overspray. Supposedly it just peels off after a while and the paint booth stays looking fresh. I have to look it up and find out how to get it though.

I remember being young and strong enough to lift all that stuff. I can probably still do it but just thought of how much a 12' sheet of drywall weighs makes me tired. EXTRA: Single biggest improvement you can make to your channel right now is to get a wireless mic. Good job!

Lol yea those sheets were heavy! Lol I actually have a wireless mic lol smh 🤦🏾‍♂️ I just need to use it. It didn’t work well the first time I used it. I either need to get another one or try mine again. Thanks Mike!

If you are using solvent based finishes, it would be best to line the interior with steel barn siding, seal the joint's and build a filter wall. Lights and switches need to be isolated from the work area. You will also need "make up" air when the big fan is drawing. It is worth some research for your safety.

Thanks Ed! Yea I haven’t sprayed solvent based finishes here. I typically stick to waterbased finishes. Less smell and was clean up.

Disappointed that I'm just now finding your channel! Watching your episode on Festool Shop Talk and knew I needed to follow you. Love seeing somebody who looks like me and talks like me in this space. Hoping our paths cross at an event soon!
    Awesome work!

Something to think about, those lights aren't rated for a spray booth with chemicals that are flammable.

They may not be designed specifically for that, but they have seen their fair share of paint days already lol 😬😅 plus I only spray water base paints. These are fully enclosed led lights as well. We’ll see what how they do.
