+The DutchMan I think this video got a little weird at the end but there was a lot of good dialogue that Jack would only say when he could see Evie, so I had to just keep circling the room. Regardless, thank you for your support!
I honestly underestimated Jack the Ripper, him being a historical figure that has no matching combat skills like the other Assassins. But a Historical figure who WAS a talented Assassin? That was a surprise.
Nah they did a shitty job at this dlc. One, this dlc is so short u finish it in just 2 hours or a day. Two, U can’t free roam as Jack. Three, Evie aged terribly and looks like she’s 60 yrs old. Four, Can’t have Jack The Ripper outfit for Jacob in main game. Five, Evie has ugly ass hood and outfit. Last, We have to use prostitudes as units in this DLC
@@amkrause2004 I really thought it would have been awesome and a subversion of expectations if they made his voice high or really soft, still a good voice tho.
I always felt the real “Jack the ripper” wasn’t just 1 person. But a small crew of men who lusted for blood and targeted women nobody would miss. While I can see why this fictional story would make him a “Bad ass” no serial killer fictitious or real is in any way a “bad ass”
I'm not too fond of serial killers, but in this DLC, they really made Jack The Ripper an absolute badass to the point where he became one of my most favorite Assassins in the series. I just wish that we could see more of this guy, I was pretty upset that he died in the end.
Crod The Sorry Sap the real ripper cut methodically removing body parts and moving things where they weren’t meant to be like draping intestines over a persons neck like a scarf
Why would Jack who enjoys causing fear and terror do just one quick stab, what he did with those brutal takedowns is spread fear which to him is like a fine wine
Jacks character is so disappointing they just made him a cliche Assassin with his mother murdered and Jack rules over the gangs in London yeah I call bullshit on that. Not every historical person has to be related to the Assassin's and Templars war it makes it so predictable, Jack could've easily work as a mad man with no ties to the Assassin's Brotherhood who cared not about a Creed or gangs. He should just plan his murders and kill everyone in his way and be a mystery for all time but that would've been to much of course.
+Obi-YTP-Kenobi I agree. I felt that this was a very half-assed story as it was given to us. I found myself wishing that they had actually gone with what the writers seemed to be teasing: that Jacob was having a Fight Club-style mental breakdown and that HE was Jack the Ripper. At least then, I could have been emotionally invested in the story. As it was...meh.
Well that would be interesting, but (and I just want to know) why would Jacob have a second personality? What caused Jacob to create such a violent, insane persona?
But it can matter. Because if you are willing to help me with this, I can go to my Wattpad account and write about the Jack the Ripper DLC in an alternate timeline where Jacob is Jack the Ripper.
+Fan of Fandoms Ohh, now I understand. My idea would be that Jacob didn't suffer a single terrible thing so much as he honestly has a mental illness that slowly erodes at his sanity. For example, I could see his impulsive behavior being harder to control even though he wants to be more responsible as the years go by. This might lead to him trying to wall off the impulsive urges and treat that part of himself as an enemy. Eventually, he begins to see that part of his mind as a separate entity and he can't always keep it under control.
+Saint Row To be honest, I don't know how we're able to play as him at all since, traditionally, the animus only lets us "play as" someone until they pass on their genes. Yet, here, the last time we play as Jack is very close to when he dies. I suppose there are some...unsavory possibilities...but it still seems odd.
Hamza Khaliq my foot. Shay cannot match jack . This guy is plain psycho. Only Altair Connor or ezio have a chance in defeating him head on( without using stealth like ).
RAJ KUMAR I think Connor would have a good chance because he fights like a savage. By that i mean he fights (no disrespect) like a rabid dog, crazily and deadly.
Shay wouldn't stand a chance on Jack. Shay may be a skilled Hunter assassin but I'm not sure what he would do in front of a monster like this. Jack would easily install fear into Shay's heart that will cause him to be vulnerable. Sure shay can defeat Achilles, arno, Charles ......and all the colonial assassins.....but this is different....this is no assassin shay is dealing with a psychopath, serial killer.....shay is one of my favorites bad sadly I don't see him winning against Jack. First in for all Jack is more physically strong Shay's punches will do nothing on him he will just push shay easily and grab shay. Second the weapon he uses a deadly knife and a modern revolver is deadly your damn crazy if you think an old sword, flintlock, shotgun back in the 1700s can stop a monster like this...to be honest in reality Evie should die....I don't know how she survived and killed jack probably because it's her story so obviously we need a good ending......I'll even throw in haytham..... haytham is my most favorite Templar but will not stand a chance against this monster....you need an ezio type of assassin to kill him or Altair...Connor would be good too
+The Polymath I've never found a good answer for that question. I suppose that the most likely scenario is that someone had a small DNA sample (blood, hair) that they managed to extract some data from. That would explain why Jack's memories were so fragmented.
So Jack's mother was killed by Starrick's men and Jack was hauled off to Lambeth Asylum where he bid his time? And when Jacob freed the city of Templars Jack weaseled himself into his gang with the goal of eventually undermining everything Jacob's done. All as revenge for when he was a kid? He belongs in Lambeth, lol.
