This video credited to cameraman 'tengcc', has reach over 10 thousand viewers since Nov 2016. An ethnic Teochew Lor Koh (Big Drum) in Singapore, usually misunderstood for only funeral sendoff services, is playing an auspicious item for Temple celebration. The polished drummer has charisma in carrying forward a different perspective into distinctive and esteem level of the whole orchestra. Kudos to drummer and team! Hope our cultural authority will always recognise Teochew Lor Koh as one of National Cultural group!
Yup. After viewing several of the videos, then i realised that ive been cheated for 40 yrs.. This kind performance is also played at dinner... Good to preserve culture. Thanks tengcc
