In my opinion, I like watching the little side things like the Merlin Trials. It helps break the monotony of just doing the missions. They are an integral part of exploring the game.

The difference between Solomon Sallow and Ominis is that Solomon doesn’t even want to let Anne live with hope, which would undoubtedly bring some amount of positivity to her life. Ominis doesn’t seem to be sure that there isn’t a cure for Anne, he is just worried about Sebastian’s interest in the dark arts bc Ominis himself has seen how they can be used in the wrong hands
don’t you intend to use any of the dark magic spells? just so you know, in the game, you have no real consequences for using it, so you could just cast crucio and the other ones (you’ll learn later on through sebastian).
Yeah i will utilize it for sure! Sometimes my brain just jumps to the next thing and I can easily forget that I just unlocked Crucio 😂 but thanks to you guys I can be reminded on things like that. Thank you 😁
I love seeing all the random encounters, exploration, mini-challenges like the Ancient Magic spots and the Balloons and all the other "side" content - that's actually the main reason why I'm watching these videos! I've already seen the main mission multiple times, so it has become boring for me by now. Without the magic of discovering the small details in this game, I wouldn't be following this playthrough, so please don't stop!
On that topic - here's something fun to do while exploring now that you have the transformation spell! Cast it on any non-magical animals you encounter (rabbits, squirrels, deer, etc) 😄

I always upgraded/added traits to my gear frequently and often. Just another reason to check back to the room of requirement to take care of your animals to add better traits/upgrades when you get better gear. Having multiple kneazles helps - since you need their fur for level 3 legendary items.
Yes, I agree. Using gear that can handle level 3 traits is recommended. You can stack traits by adding them to multiple items you wear, so stacking level 3 increased effect of damage spells makes you deal a great deal more damage, or using increased petrificus totalus and sneaking, or adding to potion or plant effect. In general I find damage more effective and fun than adding defensive traits.
59:26 Sometimes you can catch a suite of armor murdering the one next to it. They get in a fight and one of them kicks the other to pieces on the ground😂

I don't mind, hell.. I would love to watch you doing Merlin Trials and Ancient Magic Spots in the video! For the balloons, well, doing it off camera is alright. I don't mind about that either.
For upgrading gears, you should start it right away! Don't hold it off for to long! Don't worry, you will get another legendary gears and you can also upgrade them.
That's the reason to grow the beasts in your vivariums
Try getting another beast as well like Unicorns and Nifflers
The magical materials from them will help you to upgrade your gears
If you wanna use more Petrificus Totalus, you can spend the talent point in the talent menu to make the spell emanates area of effect that can impact multiple enemies!

Because Alexandra's Troll has so much HP, it's the perfect way to get the 100 combo trophy. I just used the simple cast with it and got up to 100 pretty easily.
Loving your reactions and looking forward to the Haunted Shop! The upgrade for transfiguration is a lot of fun in future battles. You can share the magic and Merlin trials, it's fun to watch and they help you upgrade! Again, your editing of the game is great, cutting out overly repetitive things (locks) and travels. A little more time shown in your RoR as you upgrade and decorate would be nice.
Arresto Momentum is a paericulary useful spell when trying to capture beasrs, as opposed to Glacius.

Hermione changed only partially into a cat exactly because the potion cannot be used for turning into other species. If it could, she would have fully turned into a cat and then back into a human after an hour. She had to be treated in the hospital wing instead because she was stuck as a human-cat hybrid.
Does that mean it’s a double episode today or did he actually mean tomorrow for us viewers?

Executioners are weak to expeliarmus while casting their fire tornadoes. Also there is an upgrade to Petrificus Totalus that will petrify multiple targets at once if they’re close together. But kudos to your combat, it’s very good. I still fumble with multiple enemies 😂.

I also want to see the side quests and puzzles. I hope you don't cut out those. The videos already skip around a bit, I think due to you assuming that we don't want to see it. I can't speak for everyone, but I do want to see that stuff. Otherwise, we are also missing out on your reactions to new things and how you go about solving things. Maybe it will make me feel better for struggling with the same things! Your videos are pretty short... making them longer (by including more of the stuff that you've been cutting) would make this viewer happy😊 Those who don't like certain bits can just fast forward through it.
I actually don’t cut out anything as far as exploring new areas or Merlin trials etc. Everything new I show I just wanted to make sure u guys wanted to see each one since some of them seem to be repetitive. But it seems most of you care to see it so I’ll show it!

1. If you liked sidequests at Brocburrow, I also recommend Aranshire slightly to the North. There's a quest in Hogsmeade that sends you there and then some follow-up in the hamlet proper.
2. Reminder, you do have Crucio now. It breaks through all defences (no matter the barrier color) and incapacitates the enemy for a while. Also, since you're dabbling in Dark Arts, consider talents synergising in it for the powerful cleave build in the Dark Arts talent tab. With one talent you can spread the curse Crucio applies by basic casting on the target. You can also upgrade Expeliarmus, Flippendo and Arresto Momentum to apply curse. I think you already have the talent for Stupefy. With curse build all damage you deal to the main target cleaves for 10% to all cursed targets. That includes powerful spells like Ancient Magic, Glacius-Diffindo combo and others. Later on you'll even be able to uprage Avada Kedavra to kill all cursed targets in the vicinity which is pretty much an "I win" button.
3. For capturing beasts there's a way to farm them if you want a specific color, a male/female or even a rare. To do it you should capture one or more beasts at the den (the more you capture, the more will respawn), skip time between day/night on your map, save the game manually and then immediately load that save. All the beasts should've respawned at random. That's the best method if you want to capture shiny beasts or those that only spawn one at a time (like a unicorn).
4. That thing near the Ancient Magic spot is tied to a late-game Poppy's quest, don't worry, you'll get there at some point.
5. Regarding gear upgrades, if you optimise your vivariums: 4 pairs and their offspring in each of the 3 vivariums that you have already (you could go for adults only but there's a challenge/XP boost for breeding different species and baby beasts give as much materials as adults) and keep up with feeding/brushing them, you'll have more materials than you'd ever need so don't worry about upgrading your gear to the highest level possible. Even when you eventually replace it, you should have more than enough to upgrade the new piece again. Only the last tier of legendary items may be tougher initially as you need materials from beasts locked behind specific quests, but as soon as you find those, they will be as easy as everything else.
