The M454DW software downloads o.k and finds my printer via USB as well as WLAN but I cant click in the checkbox. Any ideas? There was a new firmware in Aug 2024 so dont know if the software you have still works. Thanks
I mange to do all steps in this tutorial and downgraded drivers from 2020 to 2015 version and disabled auto update and printer work with non HP cartridge BUT when i connect to my router and give printer access to internet error 79 is insta back and printer is bricked. If downgrading is not possible, there may be two possibilities: 1. Your printer is already using this version firmware; 2. HP no longer supports firmware downgrading. Yes. They contain upgraded chips that can work with latest firmware.
Any similar solution for Deskjet series? Specifically Deskjet 2774 which uses 667 Cartridges.
