Usme likha he

Sir my windows update is taking too much time to install. Is there any way to speed up and due to this when I am shutting down my laptop it is showing ' Getting windows ready. Please don't turn off ur computer'. Is there way to solve this and also for this i have to run the troubleshooter and restart it. Still than the problem is not solved. I got stressed from many days for this problem and i don't get good sleep. Please help me. I m worried about this problem from many days
