You're like the Bob Ross of terrain, it's so nice to watch your videos!
Exactly what I was thinking
Great tips and tricks this guy, he is also full of energy, some of the other tutorials I been watching nearly put me to sleep, smooth music soft talking. this guy is fun, got me some cliffs made up for my own table, that expanding foam stuff is great for hills.
I like your choice of music in this video. Excellent work, as usual!
What an awesome idea Mel! Would like to see what else you could do with it. Maybe like for a hedge or even a tree? Hmmmm....as always brother love what you do!
Thanks for the great tips, Nice build Mel!
Thanks for the video. I know I'll be watching this one again for tips.
Good tips, mate. Love your style.
mel, a good tips vid, thanks. I know you're constantly learning with this technology lark, can i for the future recommend a change to your close camera? you're left handed so film your super close camera from over your right shoulder, that way we can always see the terrain as you work on it. Other than that, a really helpful video, thanks.
Yep and a display for my dslr so I can see the shot as well mate
FIRST!!! Awesome build Mel! great tips.
Thanks bud
Awesome work as always Mel :)
Great stuff Bose
Great tutorial! Thanks for sharing!
That's excellent! I have acquired a horse for my action figures and I was stressing about how to make the paddock look realistic especially at the edges near the horse itself..
You can only take so many photos looking over a stable door lol! I am quite proud of my horse...he is looking quite real so deserves a nice setting. I will go and try to find this stuff...You would be surprised at how much stuff for horses (1:6th that is) you can find in the pet aisle of the local supermarket Lol!
Videonun başlangıcında kendimi premier ligde bir karşılaşmayı izliyor gibi hissettim, reis öyle heyecanlı girdi
Nice video ! You sure have a tidy workbench !
I have 3 foot x 6 foot mat to used on games. Good work
Looking good 👍
For me, the most spectacular material for making very realistic models of trees and shrubs is the teloxis aristata (seafoam tree).
Thanks!
No, thank you!
Until I found your tutorials I was at a loss about how to set up Field Trial Events for my model dog figurines. Everything I tried looked.....well, let's say horrible and unrealistic. Now, I am confident I can set up Field Trial scenes that will be realistically functional. I host the Model Canine Collectors Online Show for people who collect dog figurines. Members set up their dogs for AKC dog shows, agility, flyball, hunting trials, dock diving and more. Now I can show my members how to set up their scenes and will be recommending they visit your tutorials. You're a PEACH!!! I'm from a southern state in the US and when someone says You're a PEACH that is a good thing. Sincerely PugHappy
sounds good a look in to and yes sun day yes i mean it b will be thare had real life stuff but this time

I have a question maybe you can help me in this - i want to make grass mat , few products which i buy on ebay was made on some silicone sheet ?do you have and clew what is this ? Some silicone or what?Polak company have this mats ( made on something flexible and and easy to rip) And another Question - sometimes my PVA are too week to hold the static grass - its because of glue or maybe flock box ?
It'll be the glue mate
I want to MAKE mat , not glued itd just make it .
ok thanks for answering , I thought you would know
I don't really know where to ask this, but I want to start in 28mm Bolt Action or Chain of Command and I was wondering how much terrain I would need, as in how many meters of hedges and small walls, how many scatter pieces, and if I would need buildings.
There's a section on setups in the rulebooks mate, everyone's personal choice is different
TheTerrainTutor Thank you very much. Anyway, what would you recommend to start with when making terrain to get a battlefield?
Hills and woods mate, check the let's make playlist ;-)

Spray adhesive gives me such stinging head aches. Ive bought like 6 cans 3 years ago. Used 1 and vowed to never use it again. Torturous smell.
mine don't have any smell to them, sure you didn't buy a dodgy can?
@@TheTerrainTutor noh i guess thats what that brand smells like
@@TheTerrainTutor i might try another brand to see if its those adhesives or im just hypersensitive to it.
Stand still that man! stop shaking mate, you'll do yourself an injury!
Why do these people talk so damn much as if need to be notice and not just get on with it
