But for me, myself, I'm not too celebrity savvy so my reaction would be genuine. And I'm sure the guys had to film tons of time getting reactions from people who didn't immediately realize what was happening

Like the one they did in this episode. Those types of challenges just feel like they have a sense of being staged. Not saying they are staged but they kind of feel like it. Go back out and do some challenges in the supermarket again, or the park, restaurants, etc.
