also grab some lemon juice or that device that makes lemon juice spray and add a little bit, it will prevent the apple from going dark and looking bad...hope that helped

I like it, but how do I keep the slices from turning yellowish brown?
Is there a technique, or just prepare quickly before serving? Thanks.

If you throw a splash of lemon juice on the apple it should keep it from browning.

Sprinkle some lemon juice over the garnish when you are done, that prevents the apple from getting brown ^^

+4FunRC Just plain water works fine to stop oxygen getting to fruit. doesn't alter flavour.
