here's my first day without a front tooth, i showed you my tooth, skipped school, kinda got in trouble, got ready for the day, surprised my best friend with my tooth, went to school, hung with maggie, went to target, and did a "drive thru thoughts" at chick-fil-a, and MORE.

Omg this makes me happy and feel better cause I have a missing tooth to on the other side but the same tooth as you. I hate it so much cause right now it’s just a gap and people always ask if I knocked it out or why I don’t have it. It makes me so self conscious and can’t wait till I get a fake tooth. :( I also have a baby tooth and it’s kinda crooked and they can’t do anything about it. Until it falls out of something, it’s basically a baby tooth that never fell out. It sucks and I can’t wait till my teeth are all straightened and I have a fake tooth there. People Have cancer I know and here I am complaining about my teeth. Maybe I’ll keep you guys updated here?

i’m missing the same tooth and the one on the other side grew in my gums so it’s like way higher than it’s supposed too soooo
CFH GIRL I’m currently in the process but I have to get bone grafts done first. It may depend on your insurance, and yes it will come with some pain post op but you get the proper medicine and instructions for care. I have extreme anxiety and he gave me meds to help manage that, and the surgeries you get knocked out for. So you just have to get through an IV. it’s all a very short amount of time in the grand scheme of things and in the end you’ll always be happy you did that for yourself.

No clue why this is in my recommended, but, I broke off my top FRONT right tooth back in February. Let me tell ya, the weird looks I get make me smile at those people even more. It's a struggle at first but after a few months you get used to it. Honestly, I'm happy as hell that I lost it because I have made more friends lmao.

@Eagles Extra Rare Footage True. Not only that, but because of the support from those that were at the track that knew who I was, but didn't know me personally until that day, had become my friends. Most of the people at the track were my friends regardless, but those I wasn't friends with yet came up to where I was gearing down after my accident. Shit was WILD, still consider that day a success lmao

felicia nelson same! But I’m only missing one from the front. When I had braces I was fine because I had the fake tooth on all the time and now I have to take out my retainer to eat. Most of the times I don’t eat in public because it’s embarrassing. But all these comments are making me feel better about not having a tooth because now I know I’m not the only one!

hannah i have the same issue with my teeth that you do (i’m missing the same tooth you are and the one on the other side, and i have a retainer like yours) and i know it seems like a big deal at first and it takes some getting used to, but i promise that in a couple weeks you will get completely adjusted to it and you won’t think twice about taking your retainer out to eat, having a missing tooth, etc! i know it seems so weird at first but i promise it becomes normal :)

Omg! Literally the same thing happened to me, I got a root canal on the same exact tooth and a few years later when I was 17, the dentist had to pull it because my braces jacked it up. I’m 19 now and I’m still wearing my dumbass retainer thing with the fake tooth because I can’t afford to pay for the implant. I don’t feel alone anymore😭 it sucks so bad but o’well. Lol when I was in fifth grade I had to get both teeth next to my front teeth pulled out, so I literally looked like a rabbit. They told me it would take about 3 months for the teeth to come down. It ended up taking 3 years, so I had to get surgery to pull the teeth down. I was bullied constantly, so hearing Hannah say it will scare people kinda hurt my feelings but I totally get it because it was like that for me too. I'm in 10th grade now and I have two more months of Invisalign and I couldn't be happier😂 my canines had to replace the teeth so it was super pointy but they're shaven down so my teeth actually look normal now lol
update it's now 2019 and I can officially say, a lot of us are *sick of thank you next so you're literally the Simpsons 2.0*
