I watched several of your videos. Very correct work. I'm a bit jealous how you manage to work with acrylics. Thumbs up! It reminds me of my Su-24, I did many years back. I did an Italeri Su-24 (Dragon pre-pack) and after I put nose weight and closed fuselage halves, the plasticine that I used to fix nose weight started to melt thru plastic. Hardly anything left from the nose, but I managed to fix it. Stay safe!
What a beautiful work! I‘m building Models for over 50 years.. mostly in 1/48 Scale. This work in 1/72 Is simply outstanding. I will leave an Abo here and i will hope to see much more of TH-cam videos in the future! Stay safe! Slawa Ukraini!
Very very perfect work!!!!!!! I love the Ukraine!!!!! My wife comes from Ukraine in the near of rivne. My last diorama was a burned house with Firefighters from zdolbunov!!!!! Best greetings from Germany
Very nice work ! The little wires on the parachute are good. If you want the big wire to be more straight, you can try using a tube (aluminium or brass) to put the wires in.
Congratulations, a real work of art. Amazing your ability...you are a true artist. The parachutes were very realistic ... I want to make a diorama that represents a fighter taking off with the afterburner turned on, but I have no idea how to make that blaze of fire from the afterburner
good job but you said you did not like the effect of chutes the way they are.you might want to try after painting and wiring it up is to soak it in a white glue thinned out with water.once it starts to dry you can start bending it the way you want.once dried completily you can spray it down with a semi gloss to give it the desired look.hey great job on it and it looks very cool
@@AF921ScaleModels as for the wire slings, they are a good ideal.you might want to make a paper machete out of tolet paper to give it some texture.make your frame from the wires but don't glue them.make your chute just a little bit bigger and do the above suggestion.then mold your chute with the wires
Love the build and great work on the parachutes, you said in the comments you're not happy with the wires? What about stretched cotton or string, coated in superglue to make them hard? Or soaked in watered down PVA Glue or Wood Glue, the 2 latter would give you some flexibility. Any way, your chutes have inspired me for a 48hr Build Session I have coming up in 2022, which I will video and publish. Keep the great models coming 👍👍👍
@@AF921ScaleModels Ooohhhh can't wait to watch that vid. Gotta love Soviet AF hardware and Western weapons teaming up to stop Russian imperialism. Slava Ukraini!
This is an outstanding build! Those drag 'chutes look very good to me. I've seen deployed drag chute dioramas like this before here in America, but they're usually done with 1/25th scale Drag Racing Cars. I can't ever recall seeing this done with a model aircraft before at local contests. As a sidebar, some American Drag Racer kits come with deployed 'chutes for display. These are either vacuum formed or injection molded. Currently, the MPC Ramchargers Dodge Challenger Funny Car in 1/25th scale is available, and it comes with a pair of deployed drag 'chutes. Maybe you could find this kit online to adapt the 'chutes for 1/72nd - 1/48th scale aircraft. As an added bonus, you could still build the car with the packed 'chutes. If nothing else, it would be an unusual piece in your collection . . . .
The biggest problem was her landing gear ,plastis is a brittle material, over time it will shatter I hope trumpheter will adapt a metal landing gear very similiar to hasegawa.
The entire Russian military machine is a fiction. And their air forces are the same. They could not even occupy Ukraine, which is hundreds of times smaller. And now they are running away and destroying everything in their path. The country is degenerate.

Hello. Thank you for this wonderful piece of art. What color did you use for the cockpit? Thank you again.
Loving that parachute idea, brilliant.
The parachute idea is amazing!!
The parachutes, tho! Dope! 😎
Thanks for your feedback 🙂
What an awesome result on the paper brakechute. It looks very realistic. And the rest of the model just looks superb. Good job!

Looks more like 1:48 scale , I like the way the fuselage slides together ! 4:50 . This is more beautiful than F-111 I think .

Thanks for the advice! Probably next time I will do as you wrote. And wire slings are not the best idea, they also need a different solution.

Were the pilot figures included in the model kit?
no, it's from another set.
Beautiful!! What Kind of Tape did you use to Guide the riveting tool ?
You are great! 😲

Do you remember what you used/mixed for the primary color? Very nice job tho!
Great work on the base and parachute! Why didn’t you like using paper for the chute?
With paper everything is OK. I did not like the wire. It is too thick and not perfectly straight as a stretched parachute sling.

Nice riveting tools. Are they Ukrainian made? Thanks!
Unfortunately not, it's as usual - China.
