Now, that was an immersive demo. Thank you. Watching you pick your way through startup, playing with the prop before takeoff, barnstorming and stalling, approach and landing, and finally, shutdown & unpacking really gave me the flavor for this aircraft. But what reeeaaallly got me was watching SOMEbody finally playing that dang guitar. And now, with the upgrades I've made to my PC, and the removal of all bloatware in my NVIDIA, I'm getting 45fps on all Ultra settings. I'm ready for the Wilga. And Mr. Simulations, you just sold me one. Many thanks.
Thank you very much for your kind words! I'm glad my video could be of help =) I'm sure you'll enjoy the Wilga, Got Friends really did a fantastic job with it. It's still one of my favorites in the sim.
Nice, the APOGSWAPA (A Pair Of Gear Struts With A Plane Attached) coming to MSFS :) Those guys are rocking. Love their Discus already :) The Hammock and Guitar had me dying! :D
Yeah, they do =) Can't wait to see what else they'll bring to MSFS =) I love those features, no other developer does stuff like that! And there are quite a few more that I didn't know about at the time of the video.
@@valinaarvokun5259 yes, he did a fantastic job with the sounds! It is one of the most realistic sounding planes in the sim! The whole team did a fantastic job =)
Amazing video, thanks. Funnily enough I’m thinking of flying my family (in MSFS) and this aircraft is awesome. Tossing up between this and the super modern Vision Jet. Tough choice!
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it =) I haven't got the Vision Jet (yet...I might get weak), so I can't really talk about it. From the videos I've seen it seems of great quality too. I can however say that the Wilga is an absolute blast. I enjoy it a lot more than I thought I would and so far, I haven't found a single fault with it! You can clearly tell that the developers were very passionate about the project, and I can fully recommend it =) In the end I guess it depends where you want to fly, the Vision Jet would be better for bigger distances and the Wilga can land on the smallest dirt strips (and is fun, if you want to throw it around a bit on the way).
@@vintagesimulations thanks again, awesome context. I’ll probably watch your video a few more times before making a decision! Out of interest, I assume the Wilga doesn’t have autopilot?
@@ArrRoh Pleasure! Glad my video might be of help =) There are multiple versions of the Wilga included, at least two versions have an old autopilot system included, that will hold your altitude and heading.
Yeah, it's an awesome little plane. I think it's absolutely worth it. You get multiple versions (8 if i remember correctly) and a free scenery. All it's systems are simulated, it is fun to fly, sounds incredible and looks great. I'm sure you won't regret it =)
There are two main versions of the Wilga. The Wilga 35 has the original polish labeling and the Wilga 80 has english labels and instruments. Hope this helps =)
@@afwalker1921 Great choices! I would love to see a Storch and An-2 in the sim. There was an An-2 by AT Simulations, which was supposed to be released as local legend or famous flyer, but if I remember correctly there are issues with licensing. I hope they can solve that issue, their An-2 in FSX was awesome!

Seems like a cool little plane and the engine sounds are good too
It is great! I can highly recommend it =)
you can thank Gurttractor for that

@@vintagesimulations awesome, thank you. Does the 80X Experimental (modern avionics) have A/P?
@@ArrRoh Yes, it does have the basic AP system =)
Nice 3 pointer landings.
Thank you =)
I'm intrigued...
Thanks for a great flight without the play by play chatter!
Glad you enjoyed it =) Thanks for watching!
Wow what a cool little aircraft! Do you think it's worth the $35 price? Because I really want this one.

@@Artixou My pleasure!
The cargo in the back is not strapped? Better not pull any stunts
I guess the straps are invisible ;) But yes, in real life that wouldn't be the smartest idea!
Please, my dashboard is in Polish. How can I convert to English? Thanks

You won't regret it! I had high expectations fo it, but it is even better =)
@@vintagesimulations Hey, VS! I admit that I aspire to three STOL simulations: the Fieseler Storch, the Wilga and the Antonov An-2...

@@vintagesimulations Let others prepare the ground for aviation. My fantasy is to land anywhere, then get in the ship and just go.
