It's like some people were born to be "Entertainers" in the most innocent sense of the word. Like they're only truly happy when they're making other people happy! Minstrels. They make me feel like I've witnessed something important, when I watch them perform.

It's so awesome that you have been able to see them so many times, I'm going to sit on a bucket with Maid network News and the rest of the dawn patrol on Friday, I truly hope that I can survive a day that's going far beyond my physical capacity, my son will be joining me after he gets off work for his first actual rock concert, I personally haven't been to a live show in a quarter decade, physical limitations have stopped me, but not this time, Band Maid is NOT something that I can just pass on, I haven't been this excited since I was a little "girl".
LOL - Saiki watering the Gorilla at 2:45. She takes care of her friends. It's so satisfying when they rejoin the song at 3:30. Maid Loud to be Played Loud! Man, I live for that feeling!
Thanks Ryan, and yes I have been calling them legendary since that performance at Lollapalooza. They are now at the top of the pantheon for music. Not that there was ever any doubt, but wow, they have taken it up a notch! So impressive, but not unexpected! They are simply the best!

Ryan, Thanks for your video for "Hate" That was AWESOME!!! The sound on your video is decent. A hard feat to accomplish while standing in a crowd of a thousand people. I loved Kanami and Misa's call and response guitar duel. Did I hear you say "Goddamn" during the video? It seems everyone in the Band enjoyed the song.
Maids have been doing this extended version of "HATE?" since July in Japan (I saw it at Zepp Shinjuku Okyuji). I was hoping that they continue this for the August US tour so that someone could capture this precious performance. You did an awesome job!!👏👏👏 Thank you, Ryan-san!👍👍

Once again, this was just technically brilliant and bombastic as all get out! Both Misa and Kanami just fed into duel and really let it all roll out, they left it all on the stage. Glad I got to witness this moment, it truly was an awesome evening, 100%! Rock on! 🤘

For how amazing everyone will point out the solos battle is in this song, let's not overlook just how solid of a guitarist Miku has become at this point. Some of the backing riffs she plays while nailing complex harmony vocals are impressive on their own. She really has worked hard and grown as a musician over the past couple years. Plus, I think she speaks English better than she lets people believe. You can catch her here and there in spontaneous reactions.

Hey Ryan doesn't the U.S have animal protection laws because I'm pretty sure that if anyone ever checked Misa's bass cabinets you'd find a couple of angry Kodiak bears and a mountain lion or two, cheers from Oz 👍🍻
Ryan, when my wife and I saw them at the Fillmore in Oct, she, who has a musical background, said that in many of their songs, they're each able to solo during an entire song and not "bump" into each other
I always knew this song was gonna be a big deal live when I first heard it when Unleash came out. Easily my favorite song from them. Nothing wrong with it.
To think that all these back and forth, and sometimes extra, of extended solo's comes because Saiki orders them to do something "interesting" at these points in the songs.

The three guitars had been using wireless since earlier in the year although still with a cable mic- but now Saiki is now also using a wireless mic.
