From my understanding a person only requires a 33% knowledge of the work he has to perform so whether it's customary law esta pie seems like reddy is ready for the post.

Not at all. The man was very knowledgeable and always wanted proper procedures to be followed. I enjoyed his presence at the JHB Regional Court.
