Good for you but not everyone can afford a $2.4k apartment... also, ghosts/spirits are everywhere -- even in nice apartments and houses. Just because you can't see or sense them doesn't mean that they aren't there. LOL.
@jenniferl.8469 true, it could still happen even in newer homes/apartments. Not bragging, just saying I feel more secured living in newer apartments. Trust me, I have experiences living in $500 2 bedrooms as a kid and experienced weird things.

I am not brave enough to live in old apartments, too much childhood trauma. Our $2.4k apartment was great, well lit and 24 hours surveillance.
