When laying the first layer of wax are you supposed to lay it on thin? And if you don’t lay it on thin what can possibly happen to the finish of the first layer
I just started in the flooring industry, this weekend I didn’t my first strip and wax and I’m curious about laying wax down. So I laid 3 coast down and I noticed after each one dried it was looking may not shinny like when you first applied it, is that normal tell you burnish it? Or is it supposed to look super wet like you just applied it after it dried ?
@@rs9262 2 coats of sealer and 1 if you are happy with the job and if you do 2 seeker and 2 wax finishes you should be happy with your wax work good luck..
Never understood why anyone would use sealer. Remember how much of a nightmare it was to strip, its like crazy glue and if you didn't remove it completely when stripping and then try to wax over it, it would cause "scaling".

do u need sealer or can u just use finish i never use sealer
You can use a sealer if you want. It's not necessary at all. Just skip that process and proceed to wax.

Can you apply 1st a sealer coat then a wax coat and again the 2nd sealer coat?
no it should be 2 coats of sealer&2 coats of wax/finisher
