Yea I did enjoy the video my friend a great way to start my Sunday I work hard for your fish especially with all that weed and you deserve the fish you had some cracking Asp well done 🎣👍🏼🍻
I caught my biggest asps at night, but not by spinning, rather when fishing for zanders with a dead fish in the stream. it happenes regularly. Over day such catch on dead fish and thicker rig wouldn't be possible.
Nice man. I caught some asp during the night in certain spots and occasionally on the river without any light … but as I said, just occasionally and I wouldn’t fish for the asp in the dark. Cheers mate 🤘🍻
Great video! For me, not seeing where is falling and fishing like blind is unconfortable, but who knows maibe I'll try it a few times. I wonder if it's the same in late evening.
@@StankoAx of course I tried in the evening. In fact it is the better time for me to get there, but in the night it's different story. Thank you for the advice, anyway.
Nice fishing! Will be there (Po) in february for zander fishing. How's the possibilty for asp in early spring/february? Of course depending on temperature. Here at my home river They tend to dissapear with lower temperatures.
Hey mate. Glad to hear that you’ll be searching the zander on the Po river. The asp ... in that period it’s important to find them. Usually they group before spawning and you can have some amazing sessions, but also sessions without any hit. In which area do you plan to fish? Thanks buddy and cheers 🤘🍻
@@AnEm_Fishing cheers, I understand. Probably combining it with the zander fishing. We'll bring some lures and give it a shot when we find some. We'll be at andys wallercamp, close to corbola.
Got it mate. Don't know that part of the river, sorry ... haven't fish bellow Bondeno, except a few days in a certain spot in the delta. cheers mate and hope you'll get your zander ;)
@@AnEm_Fishing thanks, We'll keep that in mind. Focus will be zander that trip, but nice to have some extra options, like asp 👍 We fish for them in Holland too. If you feel like fishing that period here, welcome to join.
thanks a lot for the invitation ... it's quite far from where I live but you never know. I keep that in mind. cheers mate ... and let me know how it was ...
Yes, of course they eat 😃 I caught my biggest one at night.

Thanks man. you should try night fishing ... it's something else. late evening you'll have bigger chance for the zander ;). cheers buddy ...
Fishing for asp, catfish, zander in the late hours is amazing. Try it out, there is much more activity compared to the day.
