because in my opinion higher FPS make it look FAR better in max resolution which I beleive it's "4k" you can only record in 12 FPS, and 90% of people only have a 1080p monitor at their homes, so it doesn't really matter if it's recorded on 8000x6000 resolution because "you" will only see it at 1080p which is the monitor's res. on 1080p I can record at 60 FPS which makes the motion super smooth
