When I was studying Russian at university, the professor asked all of us our favorite colors, then told us the word. If I had known, I would not have said purple! Now, фиолетовый is as easy to say as мама!
Today I had my first russian class in Russian Cultural Center (Santiago, Chile). I am so happy and I am your fan, I learn so much with you brat! spasibo!
As a Bulgarian studying Russian, a lot of these words already exist in my native language. So I only come along to check if the meaning is the same :D Awesome content, by the way!

This might be too much to ask for but it’d be super useful if words came with a sample sentence. In my opinion, other than that, good vocab list man, thank you.
Большое спасибо Фёдо, Когда я изучала русский язык в университете, профессор спрашивал у всех нас наши любимые цвета, потом называл слово. Если бы я знала, я бы не сказала фиолетовый! Теперь фиолетовый так же легко сказать, как мама!

In the minute 7:49, the verb SÍDIET' is transcripted as CHYOR-NIY, which is the previous word BLACK.
Thanks you so much Fedor. I was a bit stuck.

What is the difference between батюшка and отец?
"батюшка" is father as in father from church (the priest)
"отец" is a formal way to say father
"папа" is a informal way to say father, closer to "dad" in English, you would normally call your dad "папа" and not "отец"
@@decidens батюшка не обязательно из церкви. Батюшка - ещё и уменьшительно-ласкательное от батя - отец.
7:49 editor made a mistake
