Beth's Birthday Weekend in Brighton: Foodie Heaven, Community, Beach Walks!

- Welcome to this video where we're going to be sharing with you our amazing weekend celebration of Beth's birthday. We had a blast, and we're excited to take you along for the ride!
We kicked off the weekend by visiting the Oeuf Cafe in Hove, and we must say that it was a great experience. The cafe has a lovely ambiance, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Jamarl had vegan gluten-free pancakes - the best vegan gluten-free pancakes in Brighton in our opinion! Beth had smashed avocado on gluten-free toast! It was a great way to start the weekend!
One of the most memorable moments from the weekend was when our friends came over to celebrate Beth's birthday. We took a moment to pray for her and thank God for her life, and it was a touching moment. Our focus over the last few years has been on wellness, wellbeing and building healthy community so it was great to experience that all in our own home on Beth's birthday. Beth was moved by the love and support from her friends, and we could feel the presence of God in the room.
Another highlight of the weekend was the walk along the seafront. The weather was mild for a January afternoon, and we took full advantage of it. We walked along the beach, took in the fresh sea air, and enjoyed the stunning views of the sea. We also had some fun taking pictures and creating memories that we'll cherish for years to come.
And what's a birthday celebration without some balloons? We had a blast blowing up helium balloons and watching them float up to the ceiling. It was a fun and lighthearted moment that brought us all together and put a smile on our faces.
Finished the weekend at Food for Friends, our fav vegan restaurant on the city!
Overall, it was an amazing weekend filled with love, laughter, and joy. We're grateful for the memories we created, and we're excited to share them with you. We hope this video inspires you to celebrate life's special moments with your loved ones.
We also wanted to take a moment to share with you that this is our first vlog in over a year. It has been a challenging year for all of us, and we took some time off to focus on our personal lives and well-being. However, we're thrilled to be back and sharing our experiences with you again.
We're grateful for your support and understanding during our hiatus, and we're excited to be back creating content for you all. We hope that this vlog is the first of many more to come, and we're looking forward to sharing more of our adventures with you.
